Jae-Yol Lim

Jae-Yol Lim, MD, PhD is a Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Yonsei University College of Medicine, Gangnam Severance Hospital in Seoul, Korea. With a distinguished academic and clinical background, he has held faculty positions at both Inha University and Yonsei University. Dr. Lim earned his medical degree from Yonsei University and later pursued a Ph.D. in Otorhinolaryngology, focusing on innovative treatments in head and neck surgery.

His expertise spans head and neck surgical oncology, radiation biology, laryngology, and tracheoesophageal diseases. His research interests include radiation-induced salivary hypofunction, vocal fold wound healing, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, stem cell biology, and drug delivery systems. Dr. Lim is dedicated to advancing treatments in head and neck disorders through cutting-edge research and clinical excellence.
